Every client journey follows the same arc: we find the bottlenecks with the Scan, then build systems that actually work with Key, Compass or Terrarium

Systems Scan

Before talking about packages, we start with a Systems Scan - a 60 minute audit and strategy call where we see what's actually going on without guessing.

​

In your Systems Scan, you get:

  • A short pre-call questionnaire so we can move fast

  • A 60 minute call where we trace what happens in your workflow from "new lead/employee" to "paid and done" to see what's breaking

  • Clear, prioritized recommendations you can use right away—whether you hire me or not

  • A follow-up email summarizing key decisions and next steps

If you decide to move into a Key, Compass, or Terrarium, your Systems Scan fee is credited toward your package.

Key - Unlock one stuck area

For when one part of your business is clearly the problem child.

  • We pick one priority workflow together (client onboarding, lead tracking, content, etc.)

  • I map, simplify, and rebuild that piece with you, using tools you already have or ones we decide to add
